The principals of DCA have wide ranging experience of complex multi-jurisdictional structured investments across many asset types. This has come from originating, structuring and trading within investment banks and creating asset managers dealing with complex investments on a global basis.
Simon has 35 years experience, including Credit Suisse and UBS, that spanned fixed income and corporate finance. Simon undertook some of the earliest securitisation of UK rail rolling stock, sponsored and arranged due diligence of a major £30bn banking portfolio of EU governmental, local authority and infrastructure lending, and recently the divestment by major UK aerospace players of a defence asset. Simon holds a BA (Mod) Science from Trinity College Dublin.
Tim has structured, traded and managed complex investments within major invesment banks and set up and run asset managers investing in structured credit assets. Recent consultancy has been in portfolios of UK real estate and PFI contracts. Tim holds an MA (Hons) in Mathematics from Oxford University.
